浅析铸件断裂的模式及改进方法

摘要 铸件在汽车行业运用广泛,但是很多安全性问题都与铸造部件的质量问题相关。在分析常见的铸件断裂/失效模式基础上,针对某司发现的几种断裂/失效形式,主要包括:球化不良和球化衰退,物理、力学性能或化学成分不合格,浇注分型面不合理,浇注口和冒气口设置不合理,分析其成因并提出改进方法,改进后缺陷问题得以解决。 Castings are widely used in the automotive industry,but many safety problems are related to the quality of the cast parts.On the basis of the fracture or failure mode of castings,several fracture or failure forms were found by a company,mainly including abnormal spheroidization and decaying,unqualified physical,mechanical properties or chemical composition,unreasonable casting parting surface,and unreasonable sprue gate and the exhaust hole.By analyzing their causes and proposing improved methods,the defects were solved.
