影响DR双下肢全长拼接技术成功率的因素分析及控制策略 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨对影响数字化X线摄影双下肢拼接技术成功率的因素进行分析和有效的控制,从而提高拼接技术的成功率和图像质量。方法回顾性分析PACS系统中进行双下肢全长摄影进行质量控制前后各100例图像,通过对拼接图像的质量和下肢力线等进行分析,比较质量控制前后图像优质率和重摄率的差异。结果双下肢全长摄影质量控制前100幅:甲级片55幅、乙级片38幅、丙级片7幅,甲级片率为55%,下肢力线测量准确率81%,重复摄影率33%;质量控制后图像100幅:甲级片75幅、乙级片25幅、丙级片0幅,甲级片率为75%,下肢力线测量准确率98%,重复摄影率5%。质控后拼接图像质量得到很大提升,甲级片率提升20%,重复摄影率下降28%,下肢力线测量准确率提升17%。结论 DR全长拼接摄影有必要对其实施有效的质量控制,质控后图像质量明显提升,对骨科开展下肢各种矫形手术的术前、术后评估有着重要意义,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the factors that affect the successful rate of digital X-ray photography double lower limb splicing technique,so as to improve the successful rate and image quality of splicing technique.Methods A retrospective analysis of 100 cases of full-length photography in PACS was conducted before and after quality control.The quality of the Mosaic image and the lower limb force line were analyzed.The difference of image quality before and after quality control was compared.Results The total length of full-length photographic quality control of the lower limbs was100,including55pieces of level A,38of level B,7of level C.The accuracy rate of lower limb force line was81%and the repeated rate was33%.In100images after quality control,75pieces were in level A,25were level B,0was level C.The accuracy rate of the lower limb force line was98%,and the repeated photography rate was5%.After quality control,the quality of splicing image was greatly improved,the rate of level A was increased by20%,the repetition rate was decreased by28%,and the lower limb force line measurement accuracy was increased by17%.Conclusion DR length splicing photography is necessary to implement effective quality control.The image quality is improved significantly after quality control,which is of great value for orthopedist to carry out preoperative and postoperative evaluation.
