摘要 目的本文针对显微镜下图像不能多人多屏观看、不能实时讨论、现有专用设备体积庞大价格昂贵等问题,研制一种低成本、小型的适用于各类显微镜的无线视频示教装置。方法通过集成嵌入式设备、高清USB摄像头和HTML5软件环境,本文设计实现了一台可移动的无线迷你主机装置。结果该装置可以同时展示显微镜下动态图像和显微镜操作者操作视频,可以拍摄、存储动态视频和静态画面,同时为客户端提供了弹幕和共享白板等在线交互手段。结论本文设计实现的显微镜视频无线示教装置极大的方便了显微教学演示,实现了显微镜下图像多人同时观察,师生、生生同屏讨论等功能,具有高清晰度、低成本、可移动和交互性强等优点。 Objective To develop a low-cost,small-scale wireless video teaching device for various microscopes,aiming at solving the multiple restricts of current microscopes,such as the images under the microscope can not be viewed by many people in multiple screens and can not be discussed in real time,and the existing special equipments are usually bulky and expensive.Methods A portable wireless mini-host device was developed by integrating an embedded device,a high-definition USB camera and a HTML5software environment.Results This device can simultaneously display the dynamic images under the microscope and operator’s operation video,capture and store dynamic video and static images,and provide online interaction ways such as barrages and shared whiteboard for client terminal.Conclusion Our wireless video teaching device greatly facilitates the microscope teaching and demonstration,realizes the functions of simultaneous observation and discussion of microscope images by the teacher and students,and has the advantages of high definition,low cost,strong mobility and strong interaction.
