Working Principle and Troubleshooting of Swedish GETINGE 46-5 Cleaning and Disinfecting Machine

本文通过分析检修GETINGE 46-5型清洗消毒机常见故障,为同类型的清洗消毒机维修提供借鉴经验。本文对设备开机空气开关过载保护、循环泵压力过低、主洗时腔体温度错误、喷臂出水孔冲击力小、干燥阶段报错等故障进行分析并给出相应的解决方案。通过多年维修经验,在原有设备提供的故障代码的基础上,对一些程序没有报错但设备出现故障时,总结出一些维修解决方案,丰富了该设备的维修知识。

In this paper,through analyzing and reparing the common faults of of GETINGE46-5cleaning and disinfecting machine,we provided reference maintenance experience for the same type of cleaning and disinfecting machine.Several malfunctions,such as startup air switch overload protection,low circulating pump pressure,the temperature error of the cavity during the main washing,the small impact force of the nozzle arm outlet hole,and the errors in the drying stage,were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were given.Through years of maintenance experience,based on the fault codes provided by the manufacturer,we summarized some repair solutions when the equipments failed but fault codes were not reported,which would enriche the maintenance knowledge of the equipment.
