摘要
本文通过分析检修一例SIEMENS Servo系列呼吸机通气故障和一例MAQUET Servo系列呼吸机氧浓度低故障,为呼吸机维修提供借鉴经验。对于出现的吸入与呼出潮气量严重失衡的通气故障,经逐步排查发现为空气模块喷嘴弹簧压片断裂而漏气,并分析原因和给出建议;对于氧浓度低故障,经排查发现为制氧机中心供氧浓度不足而造成,通过协调相关部门增加产量初步解决,并分析后续问题及相关思考。通过此类故障现象,延伸维修思路,总结维修策略,提出建设性建议。
This paper analyzed and repaired a case of Siemens servo series ventilator ventilation failure and a case Maquet servo series ventilator oxygen concentration low fault to provide experience for breathing machine maintenance.For the ventilation failure with serious imbalance between the intake and the exhalation of tidal volume,it was found that the air leakage was caused by the break of the spring pressure plate of the air module nozzle through the progressive investigation,and the reasons were analyzed and the suggestions were given.The low oxygen concentration fault was found to be caused by insufficient oxygen supply concentration in the center of the oxygen generator through investigation.The problem was solved preliminarily by coordinating relevant departments to increase production,and the subsequent problems and related thinking were analyzed.This paper summarizes the maintenance strategy and puts forward some constructive suggestions through this kind of fault phenomenon.
