低阻化静电纺PAN/TiO_2梯度复合纳米纤维膜的制备 被引量:5

Preparation of Gradient Composite Nanofiber Membranes of PAN/TiO_2 under Lower-Resistance by Electrospinning

摘要 采用两步法制备低阻化静电纺聚丙烯腈/二氧化钛(PAN/TiO_2)梯度复合纳米纤维膜:先制备10%PAN-DMF (N,N-二甲基甲酰胺)-1.5%TiO_2(简称10%PAN/TiO_2)静电纺纳米纤维膜;再制备10%PAN/TiO_2纤维膜与14%PAN-DMF-1.5%TiO_2(简称14%PAN/TiO_2)的不同质量配比组合的梯度复合纳米纤维膜。利用扫描电子显微镜、比表面积分析仪、自动滤料测试仪等仪器进行纳米纤维膜的测试表征。研究结果表明,当10%PAN/TiO_2与14%PAN/TiO_2质量配比为1∶2时,梯度复合纳米纤维膜的过滤阻力降低为110Pa,过滤效率为95.68%,影响因子达到0.028 56Pa-1,且复合纳米纤维膜的断裂强度明显增加,最高达到(1.002±0.236)MPa。 Polyacrylonitrile/titanium dioxide(PAN/TiO2)composite nanofiber membranes were prepared by two-step method.PAN/TiO2 nanofiber membranes were prepared firstly by electrospinning with the mass fraction of 10% PAN-DMF(dimethylformamide)and1.5%TiO2 which was called10% PAN/TiO2.On the basis of 1.5% TiO2,the 10%PAN/TiO2 were composited to 14%PAN-DMF-DMF-1.5%TiO2 which was called 14%PAN/TiO2 by electrospinning under different blend ratios.The properties of composite nanofiber membranes were investigated by scanning electron microscopy,specific surface area analyzer and automatic filter material tester,etc.It was obtained that when the blend ratios was 1∶2,the quality factor of composite nanofiber membrane was up to 0.028 56 Pa-1.The pressure drop was decreased to 110 Pa while the filtration efficiency was 95.68%.The tensile strength of the composite nanofiber membranes could reach(1.002±0.236)MPa.
