复合添加剂对地埋管回填材料综合性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 通过对回填材料的流动度、导热性能、抗压强度进行测试,并运用综合评分法,研究了废钢渣与石墨作为复合添加剂对地埋管回填材料综合性能的影响。结果表明:添加废钢渣有利于改善回填材料的施工性能,其流动度最大增幅可达81.9%,石墨对施工性能的影响不大;添加废钢渣将导致回填材料的传热性能降低,但通过添加石墨最大可以弥补6.5%的导热系数损失;添加石墨对回填材料的力学性能影响较小,但通过添加废钢渣可使其抗压强度提升97.5%。经综合评分可知,当废钢渣质量分数控制在40%和石墨质量分数控制在6%时,回填材料的综合性能最好。 The effect of taking scrap steel and graphite as compound additives on the comprehensive performance of grouting material was analyzed through fluidity test,thermal conductivity test,compressive strength test and comprehensive scoring method.The results show that adding scrap steel can improve the construction performance of the grouting material with the maximum fluidity increase of81.9%,but adding graphite has little influence on construction performance.Moreover,scrap steel will lead to lower heat transfer performance of grouting material,but adding graphite can maximally make up6.5%of the loss of thermal conductivity.Adding graphite has a little influence on mechanical properties of grouting material,but adding scrap steel can improve97.5%of compressive strength.Through the integrated score method,it is found that the comprehensive performance of the grouting material will be the best when the mass fraction of scrap steel is controlled at40%and the mass fraction of graphite is controlled at6%.
