兔脊柱结核模型中结核分支杆菌对人工骨与钛金属的黏附性比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过建立实验动物脊柱结核模型,分别植入钛金属及纳米羟基磷灰石/聚酰胺66(n-HA/PA66)两种不同植骨材料的人工骨,观察结核分支杆菌对这两种材料的黏附性。方法本实验对35只新西兰大白兔腰5椎体进行结核分支杆菌攻毒建模,将成功建模20只模型(成功率约57.1%)根据建模成功的时间序列号依次分成钛金属植入组(植入钛金属)和人工材料植入组(植入n-HAPA66人工材料),通过大体观察、电镜观察等了解结核分支杆菌对植入材料的黏附情况,比较结核分支杆菌对两种植入材料的黏附力。结果两组材料表面均有结核分支杆菌黏附、但量少,电镜观察细菌周边亦未见明显黏质样保护膜,n-HAPA66人工材料表面所黏附菌量较钛金属表面多,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论结核分支杆菌对两种植骨材料均有黏附,但黏附力较弱,均未形成明显保护膜。结核分支杆菌对n-HAPA66人工骨材料黏附力较钛金属略强。 Objective By establishing an artificial animal spinal tuberculosis model,artificial bones of titanium metal and nano-hydroxyapatite/polyamide66(n-HA/PA66)were implanted into different bone graft materials to observe the adhesion of Mycobacterium tuberculosis to these two kinds of materials.Methods Thirty-five New Zealand white rabbits were subjected to tuberculosis challenge.Twenty successful models(57.1%)were divided into the group A(titanium implantation group)and group B(n-HAPA66implantation group)according to the time serial numbers of successful modeling.The models were observed by general observation and electron microscope.The adhesion of Mycobacterium tuberculosis to implants was compared between the two groups.Results Both groups had adherence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis on the surface of the materials,but the amount of bacteria was less.There was no visible mucoid protective film around the bacteria.The amount of bacteria adhering to the surface of the n-HAPA66artificial material was significantly more than that on the titanium surface.However,the difference of bacterial adherence between the two kinds of materials was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions Mycobacterium tuberculosis can adhere to both kinds of bone grafts,but the adhesion is weak,and no obvious protective film is formed.Mycobacterium tuberculosis has a slightly stronger adhesion to n-HAPA66than to titanium.
