This article introduced the content of knowledge chain of digital libraries,explained the principle of information resource integration based on knowledge chain of digital libraries from the aspects of user participation,service level,institutional norms,scientific management and other aspects,and finally proposed the way to construct knowledge synergy management system from the aspects of providing users with highquality knowledge service,optimizing functional system,improving service mechanism and innovating service model,with the purpose to promote digital libraries to provide users with high-quality and efficient knowledge resources.
