Study on Open Service of Library Information Resources under the Background of Intelligent Society

在智慧社会背景下,图书馆信息资源开放服务成为了时代的新要求。文章介绍了图书馆信息资源开放服务的可能性和必要性,分析了目前阶段我国图书馆信息资源开放服务的发展趋势。从服务立法、服务内容、服务门槛3个方面,阐述了信息资源开放服务过程中所存在的问题。最后,从经验学习、服务理念、管理模式3个方面,研究了图书馆信息资源开放服务创新的发展策略,以期能推动我国图书馆信息资源开放服务的发展。

Under the background of intelligent society,open service of library information resources has become a new requirement for the times.This article introduced the possibility and necessity of open service of library information resources,analyzed the development trend of open service of library information resources in China at the present stage,and expounded the problems in open service of library information resources from three aspects of service legislation,service content and service threshold.Finally,this article conducted study on the development strategies of innovation of open service of library information resources from three aspects of experience learning,service concept and management mode,in order to promote the development of open service of library information resources in China.
