苯磺酸氨氯地平不同给药策略对老年高血压患者血压晨峰、心功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究苯磺酸氨氯地平不同给药策略对老年高血压患者血压晨峰、心功能的影响。方法将医院收治的86例老年高血压患者以随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组在早晨给予苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,观察组在晚间给予苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗。比较两组24 h SBP、24 h DBP、血压晨峰值及心功能。结果干预后,两组患者的24 h SBP、24 h DBP、血压晨峰值均降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者的LVST、LVDd、LPWT、LVMI及QTcd均明显低于对照组与干预前(P<0.05)。结论夜间给予苯磺酸氨氯地平可改善老年高血压患者的血压晨峰现象,改善患者心功能,值得推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of different administration strategies of besylate amlodipine on morning peak of blood pressure and cardiac function in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods A total of86elderly patients with hypertension treated in the hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with43cases in each group.The control group was given besylate amlodipine in the morning,while the observation group was given besylate amlodipine at night.The morning peak of blood pressure,24h SBP,24h DBP and cardiac function were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the 24h SBP,24h DBP and morning peak of blood pressure of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of LVST,LVDd,LPWT,LVMI and QTcd in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group and before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Administration of besylate amlodipine at night can improve the morning peak of blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients,and improve the cardiac function of patients.It is worthy of popularization and application.
