美托洛尔与厄贝沙坦治疗老年高血压病患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of metoprolol and irbesartan in the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients

目的研究美托洛尔与厄贝沙坦治疗老年高血压病患者的临床效果。方法选取2014年10月至2017年10月医院收治的500例老年高血压病患者为研究对象,将所有患者分为单纯组(250例)与联合组(250例)。单纯组采用美托洛尔治疗,联合组采用美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前、后血压以及生活质量评分。结果联合组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于单纯组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的舒张压和收缩压均低于治疗前,且联合组均显著低于单纯组(P<0.05);联合组患者的各项生活质量评分均高于单纯组(P<0.05)。结论应用美托洛尔与厄贝沙坦联合治疗老年高血压病的疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of metoprolol and irbesartan in the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients.Methods A total of500elderly hypertensive patients admitted in the hospital from October2014to October2017were selected as the study objects,they were divided into simple group(250cases)and combined group(250cases).The simple group was treated with metoprolol,and the combination group was treated with metoprolol combined with irbesartan.The treatment effects,blood pressure before and after treatment,quality of life scores between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the simple group(P<0.05).After treatment,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure of the two groups decreased,and those of the combined group were significantly lower than the simple group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the patients in the combined group were higher than those in the simple group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of metoprolol and irbesartan in the treatment of elderly hypertension is effective,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
