药物联合体外反搏机治疗冠心病无痛性心肌缺血的效果

Effect of drugs combined with external pacemaker on painless myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease

目的探讨药物联合体外反搏机治疗冠心病无痛性心肌缺血的临床效果。方法选取医院收治的冠心病无痛性心肌缺血患者90例,所有患者均行药物联合体外反搏机治疗,分析其治疗效果。结果患者的治疗总有效率为91.11%。治疗后,患者的RPP、心电图及心功能指标的监测结果均明显优于治疗前,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,患者治疗后的ST段压低次数及持续时间均明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用药物联合体外反搏机对冠心病无痛性心肌缺血患者实施治疗效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of drugs combined with external pacemaker on painless myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease.Methods Ninety patients with painless myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease in the hospital were selected.All patients were treated with drugs combined with external pacemaker,and the therapeutic effects were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in patients was 91.11%.After treatment,the monitoring results of RPP,indexes of electrocardiogram and cardiac function were significantly better than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with which before treatment,the times and duration of ST segment depression after treatment significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of drugs combined with external pacemaker in the treatment of painless myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease has a significant effect.It is worthy of popularization and application.
