超声引导经皮穿刺引流治疗胰腺假性囊肿的效果

Effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous drainage for pancreatic pseudocyst

目的探索超声引导经皮穿刺引流治疗胰腺假性囊肿的效果。方法选取我院胰腺假性囊肿患者100例,采用计算机随机分组模式将其分为对照组(超声内镜引导经胃穿刺支架引流术治疗)与观察组(超声引导经皮穿刺引流治疗),各50例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组淀粉酶恢复正常时间、腹胀缓解时间、引流时间、抗生素使用时间、治疗总有效率、并发症总发生率、引流量、复发率及手术成功率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声引导经皮穿刺引流应用于胰腺假性囊肿患者中的效果显著,不仅可提高手术成功率,还能够降低复发率。

Objective To explore the effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture drainage for pancreatic pseudocyst.Methods A total of 100 patients with pancreatic pseudocyst in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(endoscopic ultrasound guided percutaneous gastric puncture stent draina ge treatment)and observation group(ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture drainage treatment),with 50 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The time of amylase recovery,abdominal distension relief,drainage and antibiotic use,total effective rate of treatment,total incidence of complications,drainage volume,recurrence rate and success rate of operation in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture drainage application in patients with pancreatic pseudocyst has a remarkable effect,which can not only improve the success rate of surgery,but also reduce the recurrence rate.
