腹腔镜下修补腹膜内型膀胱破裂的效果

Effect of laparoscopic repair on intraperitoneal bladder rupture

目的探讨腹腔镜下修补腹膜内型膀胱破裂的临床效果。方法选择2015年12月至2017年12月我院收治的腹膜内型膀胱破裂患者80例,根据盲抽法将其分为两组,各40例。对照组采用开放手术治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗。随访1个月,比较两组手术相关指标及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、术后首次下床活动时间、术后肠道恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术后VAS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用腹腔镜手术治疗腹膜内型膀胱破裂可减少机体创伤,降低并发症发生率,利于患者术后康复。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic repair on intraperitoneal bladder rupture.Methods Eighty patients with intraperitoneal bladder rupture admitted in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the blind extraction method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open operation,while the observation group was treated by laparoscopy.Followed up for 1 months,the operation related indicators and incidences of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding during operation in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the operation time,the first time of ambulation after operation,the time of intestinal recovery after operation and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the VAS score after operation was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for intraperitoneal bladder rupture can reduce the body trauma,decrease the incidence of complications and help patients recover after operation.
