盐碘新标准实施前、后榆林市碘盐及人群碘营养现状调查 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解榆林市实行食用盐碘含量新标准后食盐和不同人群碘营养状况。方法按照《全国碘缺乏病监测方案》和《陕西省碘缺乏病监测方案》要求,在榆林市开展碘缺乏病病情监测。比较食用盐碘含量新标准实施前、后榆林市碘缺乏病监测区家庭用食用盐碘含量、学生及孕妇尿碘水平。结果2011年和2017年榆林市碘缺乏病监测区家庭用食用碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率无显著差异(P>0.05);2017年榆林市碘缺乏病监测区家庭用食用碘盐含量低于2011年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2017年榆林市碘缺乏病监测区学生尿碘≥300μg/L的占比量显著低于2011年(P<0.05);盐碘新标准实施后,榆林市孕妇尿碘水平低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论食用盐碘含量新标准实施后,榆林市人群食用盐碘含量下降。学龄儿童碘营养水平总体处于超足量摄碘状态,建议合理减少;孕妇碘营养处于适宜水平。 Objective To explore the iodized salt and iodine nutrition status of population in Yulin after implementation of officially new standard for salt-iodine.Methods According to the demand of National IDD surveillance project and Shaanxi IDD surveillance project,iodine deficiency disorder surveillance was carried out in Yulin.The salt-iodine concentration,urinary iodine levels of students and pregnant women before and after implementation of officially new standard for salt-iodine were compared.Results From 2011 to 2017,there were no significant differences in the coverage and qualification rate of the iodized salt and qualified iodized salt consumption rate showed in monitored area of Yulin(P>0.05).In 2017,the salt-iodine concentration in monitored area of Yulin was significant lower than that of 2011(P<0.05).In 2017,the proportion of urine iodine≥300μg/L in school-age children in monitored area of Yulin was significant lower than that of 2011(P<0.05).The urine iodine level of pregnant women after the implementation of officially new standard for salt-iodine was lower than that before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion After implementation of officially new standard for salt-iodine,the salt-iodine concentration decreased in Yulin.The iodine nutrition of school-age children is generally at the excessive intake level,and it is suggested to reduce iodine intake reasonably.The iodine nutrition of pregnant women was at the appropriate level.
