清利湿热汤联合西药治疗盆腔炎的效果

Effect of Qingli Shire decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease

目的研究清利湿热汤联合西药治疗盆腔炎的效果。方法将我院2015年2月至2017年2月收治的110例盆腔炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各55例,对照组行常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合清利湿热汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组下腹疼痛、腰骶胀痛、带下量多且颜色异常、经期腹痛且经期延长评分均显著降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组盆腔积液深度、盆腔炎性包块直径和盆腔压痛症状评分均显著改善,且观察组盆腔炎性包块直径和盆腔压痛症状评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CRP和TNF-α水平均显著降低,IL-2水平均显著升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清利湿热汤联合西药治疗可以促进盆腔炎患者恢复,减少炎症发生。

Objective To study the effect of of Qingli Shire decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods A total of 110 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group received routine Western medicine treatment, the observation group combined with Qingli Shire decoction on the basis of the control group. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of lower abdominal pain, lumbosacral pain, vaginal discharge and abnormal color, menstrual abdominal pain and prolonged menstrual period in the two groups significantly decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, pelvic effusion depth, pelvic inflammatory mass diameter and the scores of pelvic tenderness symptoms of the two groups significantly improved, and pelvic inflammatory mass diameter and the scores of pelvic tenderness symptoms of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CRP and TNF-α in both groups decreased significantly, and the levels of IL-2 increased significantly, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Qingli Shire decoction combined with western medicine can promote the recovery of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease and reduce the incidence of inflammation.
