无陪人护理新模式在肝胆胰脾外科病区的构建和应用效果

Construction and application effect of new model of unaccompanied nursing in hepatobiliary, pancreatic and spleen surgical wards

目的探讨无陪人护理新模式在肝胆胰脾外科病区的构建和应用效果。方法选择宝鸡市中心医院肝胆胰脾外科病区206例患者,按照患者的入院时间分为对照组(92例,常规护理)及试验组(114例,无陪人护理),观察两组患者的护理效果。结果试验组患者的住院天数、下床活动时间、排气时间及排便时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者住院期间不良反应总发生率、护理不良事件总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者的治疗行为、环境及生活服务满意度及综合满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无陪人护理新模式有助于促进肝胆胰脾外科病区患者的术后恢复,且护理满意度高,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the construction and application effect of new model of unaccompanied nursing in hepatobiliary,pancreatic and spleen surgical wards.Methods A total of 206 patients in hepatobiliary,pancreatic and spleen surgical wards of Baoji Center Hospital were selected and divided into control group(92 cases,routine nursing)and experimental group(114 cases,unaccompanied nursing)in accordance with the patients'admission time.The nursing effects of the two groups were observed.Results The hospitalization time,ambulation time,exhaust time and defecation time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions during the hospital stay and the total incidence of adverse nursing events in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfactions of treatment behavior,environment and life service and comprehensive satisfaction of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The new model of unaccompanied nursing can help to promote postoperative recovery of patients in hepatobiliary,pancreatic and spleen surgical wards,and has high nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
