中医护理技术在妇产科腹部手术中的应用效果

Application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique in abdominal surgery

目的探讨中医护理技术在妇产科腹部手术中的应用效果。方法选取医院收治的82例腹部手术患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各41例。患者均给予常规护理技术,其中观察组在常规护理技术基础上采用中医护理技术,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在腹部手术中实施中医护理干预,能够缩短患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气恢复时间,提升患者的护理满意度,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique in abdominal surgery.Methods A total of 82 patients with abdominal surgery of obstetrics and gynecology department admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.All patients were given conventional nursing techniques,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques on the basis of conventional nursing techniques.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery time of bowel sounds and the recovery time of anus exhaust in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in abdominal surgery can shorten the bowel sound recovery time and anus exhaust recovery time,and improve patients'nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
