康复护理干预对骨折患者术后骨折愈合及功能恢复的影响

Effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on postoperative fracture healing and functional recovery in patients with fracture

目的探讨康复护理干预对骨折患者术后骨折愈合及功能恢复的影响。方法选取医院收治的158例骨折患者为研究对象,所有患者均行手术治疗,根据硬币投掷法将其分为对照组和研究组,各79例。对照组给予传统的术后护理,研究组在此基础上给予康复护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果研究组术后骨折愈合总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组关节功能优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复护理干预可有效促进患者术后骨折愈合及功能恢复,提高患者满意度,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on postoperative fracture healing and functional recovery in patients with fracture.Methods A total of 158 fracture patients admitted in the hospital were selected as the study objects.All patients underwent surgical treatment.According to the coin throwing method,the patients were divided into control group and study group,with 79 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional postoperative care,while the study group was given rehabilitation nursing intervention on this basis,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of postoperative fracture healing in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of joint function in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively promote postoperative fracture healing and functional recovery,improve patients'satisfaction,and with higher application value.
