Objective To explore the application effect and safety of collagen dressing in wound repair and nursing after lattice laser operation. Methods Sixty-eight patients with facial acne scar in the hospital were randomly selected for lattice laser operation and nursing intervention.According to self-half face control method, control side(blank matrix dressing)and study side(collagen dressing)were set up.The intervention effects of both sides were compared. Results After 1,3,5 and 7 days of treatment, the pain scores of the study side were lower than those of the control side(P<0.05).The VISIA scores of the study side were better than those of the control side(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two sides(P>0.05).Conclusion Collagen dressing is effective in wound repair and nursing after lattice laser operation.
