个体化护理干预对胃癌根治术后患者胃肠功能恢复及不良情绪的影响

Effect of individualized nursing intervention on gastrointestinal function recovery and adverse emotions in patients after radical gastrectomy

目的探讨个体化护理干预对胃癌根治术后患者胃肠功能恢复及不良情绪的影响。方法选择本科室2010—2017年收治的胃癌根治术患者92例,按照不同护理方案分为基础组(n=46,基础护理)和个体化组(n=46,个体化护理干预),对比两组术后恢复情况。结果出院时,两组患者SDS及SAS评分均降低,且个体化组均低于基础组(P<0.05)。个体化组术后肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、拔除胃管时间均短于基础组(P<0.05)。出院时,个体化组生活质量评分(74.2±5.2)分,显著高于基础组的(65.2±4.8)分(P<0.05)。结论个体化护理干预可改善胃癌根治术后患者胃肠功能恢复情况及不良情绪。

Objective To evaluate the effect of individualized nursing intervention on gastrointestinal function recovery and adverse emotions in patients after radical gastrectomy. Methods A total of 92 patients with radical gastrectomy admitted in our department from 2010 to 2017 were selected and divided into basic group(n =46, basic nursing) and individualized group(n=46, individualized nursing intervention) according to different nursing plans. Postoperative recovery status between the two groups were compared. Results At discharge, the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups decreased,and those in the individualized group were lower than the basic group(P<0.05). The postoperative anal exhaust time, recovery time of bowel sounds and time of removal of gastric tube in the individualzed group were shorter than those in the basic group(P<0.05). At discharge, the quality of life score in the individualized group was(74.2±5.2), which was significantly higher than(65.2±4.8) in the basic group(P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention can improve the recovery of gastrointestinal function and adverse emotions in patients after radical gastrectomy.
