大功率机电伺服IGBT热仿真

摘要 本文针对大功率机电伺服应用的英飞凌绝缘栅双极性晶体管(IGBT)模块,分析了IGBT热功耗的数学模型,并结合仿真软件针对机电伺服实际工况对IGBT的功耗进行了热仿真,并对实际情况进行了试验验证。
