减少锦纶6聚合装置切粒水污水排放量的措施

Measures to decrease of effluent discharge from granulated water in Nylon 6 polymerization plant

介绍了江苏海阳化纤有限公司污水处理的运行现状,指出公司污水排放量日益加大的问题并提出一种切粒水零排放的处理工艺。阐述了该工艺的实施流程,并从效果、环保、安全及成本等方面进行了分析和说明。结果表明,切粒水零排放的处理工艺可达到减少污水排放量的目的。

The operation status of sewage treatment in Jiangsu Haiyang Chemical Fiber Co.,Ltd.was introduced,the problem of increased sewage emission was raised,and a zero discharge treatment process was provided.The implementation process of the process was described,and analyzed from the aspects of effect,environmental protection,safety and cost.Results showed that the zero discharge treatment process would achieve the purpose of reducing the amount of sewage emission.
