3种蔬菜品种耐热耐湿性鉴定及其生理生化指标的研究

摘要 [目的]筛选蔬菜优良耐高温高湿资源,培育耐高温高湿品种。[方法]选取3个品系(生菜、菠菜、青菜) 15份不同蔬菜材料,在不同温度和湿度下对其分别进行高温高湿处理,筛选适宜苏南夏季气候特征的蔬菜品种。[结果]生菜中的极品红油麦、菠菜中的香港速生大叶菠菜、青菜中的东方2号为耐热和耐湿品种。[结论]该研究为降低高温高湿胁迫对蔬菜产量的影响提供了理论依据。 [Objective]To screen the excellent resources of vegetable with high temperature and humidity resistance,and to cultivate varieties with high temperature and humidity resistance.[Method]15cultivars in3lettuce,spinach and greens were selected to carry out high temperature and humidity treatments under different temperatures and humidities,so as to screen the vegetable types suitable for south Jiangsu.[Result]Jipinhong naked oat in lettuce,Hongkong fast-growing spinach in spinach and Dongfang2in greens were the varieties with heat and humidity resistance.[Conclusion]This research provided theoretical basis for reducing the effects of high temperature and high humidity stress on vegetable yield.
