摘要
[目的]研究不同部位间独活种子质量差异,为独活种子采收提供科学依据。[方法]将独活植株按高度平均分成4个部位,比较不同部位间种子发芽率与千粒重差异。[结果]不同部位间独活种子发芽率与千粒重均存在显著差异;植株顶端种子萌发率最高,中部次之,底部种子萌发率最低;植株上部与中部种子的千粒重差异不显著,但均显著高于底部种子。[结论]独活种子采收时,应按部位分别采收,优先使用上部和中部的种子,弃用底部种子;在独活留种田管理中,应在独活末花期摘除植株底部分枝上的花序,使植株全部营养集中供给上部和中部种子,这有助于提高独活种子质量。
[Objective]The research aimed to study the difference of seed quality from different harvesting sites,and provide the scientific basis for seed harvesting of RADIX ANGELICAE.[Method]The plants of RADIX ANGELICAE were divided into4parts according to the height,and the difference of seed germination rate and1000-grain weight between different parts was compared.[Result]There were significant differences in the germination rate and the thousand-grain weight of seeds from different harvesting site;The germination rate of seed from the upper part of the plant was the highest,followed by the middle part,and the lowest seed germination rate was the bottom.There was no significant differences in the1000-grain weight of seeds from the upper part of the plant and the middle of the plan,but they were all significantly higher than the lower part of the plant.[Conclusion]When the seeds of RADIX ANGELICAE were harvested,collecting should be done by site.We should give priority to the seeds from the upper part and middle of the plant,and give up the seeds from the bottom of the plant.In the management of RADIX ANGELICAE farming,we should remove the inflorescence on the branches of the bottom part of the plant at the end of the flowering period,to concentrate all nutrients on top and middle seeds which can help to improve the quality of the seeds.
