摘要
[目的]快速分析卷烟烟丝中钾(K)、钙(Ca)和镁(Mg)的元素含量。[方法]建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定烟丝中K、Ca和Mg含量的方法。[结果]该方法对卷烟烟丝中K、Ca和Mg元素的校准曲线相关系数r>0.999,回收率依次为97.84%、95.43%和89.80%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.19%、1.46%和1.82%。[结论]该方法能快速准确地测定卷烟烟丝中K、Ca和Mg的含量。
[Objective]The research aimed to rapidly determine the contents of potassium(K),calcium(Ca)and magnesium(Mg)in cigarette cut filler.[Method]A method was established with microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).[Result]The correlation coefficients of standard curves K,Ca and Mg in cigarette cut filler were all above0.999,the recoveries were97.84%,95.43%and89.80%,with the relative standard deviations(RSD)of1.19%,1.46%and1.82%,respectively.[Conclusion]This method could also determine rapidly and accurately contents of K,Ca and Mg in cigarette cut filler.
