斑花黄堇藏药材总生物碱含量的测定

Determination of Total Alkaloids in Corydalis Conspersa

目的研究斑花黄堇藏药材总生物碱含量测定的方法。方法建立利用紫外分光光度法测定斑花黄堇藏药材总生物碱含量的方法。结果在410 nm的检测波长下,以小檗碱为对照品,在6.48～32.4μg/mL范围内,对照品含量与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为y=0.010 3 x+0.004 4,R2=0.999 7;稳定性RSD=1.59%;重复性RSD=1.48%;精密度RSD=1.38%;加样回收率为91.38%,RSD=1.36%。结论该分析方法稳定,精密度好,准确度高,可用于斑花黄堇藏药材总生物碱含量的测定。

Objective To determine the content of total alkaloids of Corydalis conspersa.Methods A method for the determination of total alkaloids in Corydalis conspersa by UV spectrophotometry was established.Results Under the detection wavelength of 410nm,with berberine as a control,in the 6.48~32.4[μg/ml]range,there was a good linear relationship between the content of reference substance and absorbance.The regression equation was Y=0.0103X+0.0044,R^2=0.9997;stability RSD=1.59%;repeatability RSD=1.48%,RSD=1.38%;and sample recovery rate was 91.38%,RSD=1.36%.Conclusion The method is stable,precise and accurate,and can be used for the determination of total alkaloids in Corydalis conspersa.
