摘要
考虑一类具有垂直传染和脉冲接种的甲肝传染病模型,利用脉冲比较定理得到无病周期解全局吸引性的充分条件。最后得出结论,当脉冲接种率足够大或脉冲接种间隔时间足够短时甲肝传染病将会消失。
In this paper,a hepatitis A epidemic model with vertical infection and pulse vaccination is considered.The sufficient conditions for the global attractivity of the infection-free periodic solution are obtained by using the pulse comparison theorem.Finally,we could draw a conclusion that the hepatitis A infection will disappear if the pulse rate is large enough or if the pulse interval is short enough.
