帕米膦酸二钠联合复方苦参注射液治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移所致疼痛的临床价值分析

Clinical Value of Pamidronate Disodium Combined with Compound Matrine Injection against Pain Caused by Bone Metastasis

目的对于恶性肿瘤骨转移所导致的疼痛采取帕米磷酸二钠联合复方苦参注射液展开治疗,分析其临床价值。方法将80例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组采取帕米磷酸二钠进行镇痛,研究组采取帕米膦酸二钠联合复方苦参注射液进行治疗,对比2组患者疼痛缓解情况以及不良反应出现情况。结果研究组患者疼痛缓解情况优于对照组的,且不良反应发生情况也比对照组的少,差异具有显著性。结论针对恶性肿瘤骨转移患者采用帕米膦酸二钠进行治疗时加以复方苦参注射液,具有有效的镇痛效果,并且降低患者出现不良反应的发生率,应用价值高。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of the treatment of pain caused by bone metastases by pamidronate disodium combined with compound matrine injection.Methods 80 patients with metastatic bone malignancy were randomly divided into two groups:control group and study group.Patients in control group received the basic treatment of pamidronate disodium,and patients in study group additionally received compound matrine injection.Pain relief and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results The results showed that the patients in the study group were superior to the control group in pain relief and adverse reactions.The two group had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical work for patients with bone metastases by using pamidronate disodium combined with compound matrine injection,it has effective and significant analgesic effects,reduces the incidence of adverse reactions and is of high application value.
