摘要
以金属离子催化转化人参皂苷Re(Ginsenoside Re)生成Rg2(Ginsenoside Rg2)为目标,考察23种金属离子在有机-水为溶剂下催化反应产物的组成含量,以及对乙醇-水体系下Fe3+催化反应中乙醇体积分数、反应温度、铁离子浓度、反应时间的优化,认为乙醇-水为溶剂下催化反应产物20(S,R)—Rg2含量最高.最佳反应条件为:乙醇体积分数为50%,Fe3+反应浓度为0.8mol/L,在40℃下反应12h,产物得率为64.8%,其中20(S,R)—Rg2的质量分数达74.3%.这为人参皂苷催化转化为稀有皂苷提供了新的方法.
Aiming at the conversion of ginsenoside Re(Ginsenoside Re)to Rg2(Ginsenoside Rg2)catalyzed by metal ions,the composition of23metal ions in organic-water solvent was investigated.Optimization of ethanol volume fraction,reaction temperature,iron ion concentration,and reaction time in the ethanol water system under the catalysis of Fe^3+reaction product was also carried out.The results showed that the content of20(S,R)-Rg2was the highest in the ethanol-water solvent.The optimum reaction conditions were:ethanol volume fraction of50%,Fe^3+reaction concentration of0.8mol/L below40℃.After12h of reaction,the yield of the product was64.8%,and the content of20(S,R)-Rg2was74.3%.This provides a new method for the catalytic conversion of ginsenosides to rare saponins.
