中医住院病案首页费用信息质控系统设计与实现

Design and implementation of quality control system for the cost information in the first page of TCM inpatient medical records

针对中医住院病案首页费用信息填报存在的问题,结合中医住院病案首页在临床中的实际应用与操作规则,依据中医住院病案首页费用信息填写规范,研究制定住院费用校验规则,基于Python Flask与Bootstrap等技术构建中医住院病案首页费用信息质控系统,实现费用信息自动化抽取、校验、自动生成校验报告等功能,以提升中医住院病案首页中费用信息质量。

In view of the problems existing in the cost information on the first page of the inpatient medical records of Chinese medicine,combined with the practical application and operation rules of the first page of the inpatient medical records of the Traditional Chinese medicine,according to the filling rules of the first page of medical records of Chinese medicine inpatients,studies and formulates the check-up rules for hospitalization expenses,builds a quality control system for the inpatient medical records of the Traditional Chinese medicine based on Python Flask and Bootstrap technology,realizes automatic extraction,verification,automatic generation of verification reports,etc.,to improve the quality of cost information in the first page of the Traditional Chinese medicine inpatient medical records.
