摘要
针对直升机液压系统分布广泛、结构复杂、功能需求多,导致其难以通过试验进行温度特性验证的难题,建立了直升机液压系统典型液压元件的发热及散热模型。以直升机执行某飞行任务为例,对液压系统的温度变化进行仿真分析。仿真结果与试飞数据对比证明:采用的分析方法及建立的模型正确可信,可为直升机液压系统的设计及优化提供依据。
The helicopter hydraulic system has characteristics such as wide spreading,complicated structure and multi-function requirements,which make difficult to verity the hydraulic fluid temperature by experiment.The thermal model of typical helicopter hydraulic components was built.Aimed at a specific flight mission,the temperature variation of hydraulic system was simulated and analyzed.Comparisons between results with the flight data prove that the analysis method and the established models are correct and reliable,which can provide basis for design and optimization of helicopter hydraulic system.
