摘要
高精度大型导叶因其形体尺寸大、精度要求高、生产批量大,一直是大型水轮机组制造面临的一大难题。对其中检测难度大的圆柱度和全跳动,考虑自重和叶面两边不对称偏重对检测数据的影响,通过有限元分析,理论数据与三坐标实测数据相符,从而确定了使用便携式设备激光跟踪仪、采用导叶轴线AB竖直放置的方法,最大程度地减小了重力所引起的变形带来的测量误差。在数据处理上,突破原有的跳动计算方法,采用新的数据处理方法,完成了圆柱度和全跳动的计算。
Because of its large size,high precision and large production volume,high precision large guide vane is a difficult problem in the manufacture of large hydraulic turbine.It is difficult to detect the cylindricity and total run-out.Considering the impact of self weight and asymmetry on both sides of the leaf to the test data,through finite element analysis,the theoretical data and three coordinate measurement data were consistent,so it was determined the method that using laser tracker and vanes AB axis vertical setting was used to minimize the measurement error caused by the gravity deformation.Aiming at the data processing,the new method was used to break through the original calculation method.
