摘要
原车用气瓶水压检测控制系统在检测设备和操作者人身安全保护措施方面考虑有所欠缺。介绍一种多重保护控制器,可适应多种类型和大小的外部电源,在检测条件满足且检测装置及控制器工作正常的情况下原控制系统方可投入工作,可实现多种安全保护功能,并能实时显示检测过程数据及故障信息,便于维护者快速诊断和排除故障,且操作简单、使用及维护方便。
The original controlling system for hydraulic pressure detection of the vehicle gas cylinder is deficient in safety protection measures for detection equipment and operator.A multiple protection controller was introduced,which could adapt to a variety of types and sizes of the external power supply.The original controlling system could only work under the circumstance satisfying the detecting condition,and the detection device and controller being in good working order.It can realize multiple security protection function and display real-time detection process data and fault information,and also facilitate rapid diagnosis and troubleshooting for the maintainer.It is of simple operation,convenient use and maintenance.
