摘要
水库优化调度是一个复杂的多约束控制决策问题,对水库优化调度的研究在理论上和实际生产中都具有重大意义,好的调度方案将产生较大的经济效益。近些年来,优化模型不断更新,新的智能算法不断涌现。水利工作者不断将新的优化模型方法引进到水库调度领域,并取得丰富的成果。同时,一些理论和方法的缺陷以及水库实际管理运行时的限制,使得很多好的调度方式难以应用于实际。
Optimal reservoir operation is a complex matter of multi-restriction control decision,and a study in this respect is of great significance both in theory and in actual production.A good operation scheme will yield greater economic benefits.In recent years,optimization models have been updated constantly,accompanied with constant emergence of new intelligent algorithms.Water conservancy workers have continuously introduced new optimization model methods to the field of reservoir operation,yielding rich achievements.However,due to defects of some theories and methods and limitations of actual operation management of reservoir,it is difficult to apply many good operation methods to practice.
