摘要
以锂离子电池为直流电机供电系统作为研究对象,采用ARMv7系列微处理器STM32F103VET6作为主控芯片,结合直流电流变送器SIN-DZI-20A和直流电压变送器SIN-DZU-30V,提出一套嵌入式电池组状态监测系统设计方案。该监测系统能够实现电池组电压、电流、电量等状态参数的实时测量、电池组安全管理、数据及数据波形显示、电池组充放电状态控制和无线WiFi数据通信等功能。通过软硬件系统联调,实验结果表明:电池组状态测量系统运行稳定,状态测量精度达到0.5级,且具备一定的抗电磁干扰能力。
In the paper,the research object is a lithium-ion battery system supplying power for a DC motor.The ARMv7 series microprocessor STM32F103VET6 is employed as the main control chip,and a DC current transducer SIN-DZI-20A and a DC voltage transducer SIN-DZU-30V are used as the key sensors for voltage and current measurements.Based on the hardware,a set of embedded battery condition monitoring system design scheme is proposed.The monitoring system can realize the real-time measurement of battery voltage,current,power and other state parameters,software filtering,battery safety management,data waveform display,battery charge and discharge state control,load state control and wireless WiFi data communication.Through the hardware and software system debugging,the experimental results show that the battery pack state measurement system runs stably,the state measurement accuracy reaches 0.5 levels,and has certain anti-electromagnetic interference ability.
