摘要
变压器/母线的功率不平衡量作为考核电能品质的重要指标,直接反映电网的运行状况。因此,电力调度自动化系统(EMS系统)具备实时监测功率不平衡量和快速诊断不平衡点的功能就显得尤为重要。基于益阳地区EMS系统的现状,对系统进行该功能的模块设计,并通过应用实例验证了模块的可行性。
The power unbalance of transformer/bus is an important index to evaluate the power quality,which directly reflects the operation of power grid.It is particularly important that the power dispatching automation system(EMS)has the function of real-time monitoring of power imbalance and rapid diagnosis of unbalanced points.Based on the current situation of the EMS system in Yiyang area,this paper designs the module of the system,and verifies the feasibility of the module through an application example.
