摘要
现有2M线缆检测技术存在测试工器具体积大、容易发生误碰,两人测试,费工费时,存在测试时间长,易出错的问题。同时L9-Rj48型2M线缆无法检测的问题。设计一款便携式多功能2M线缆检测工具。该工具具有易使用、体积小、检测效率高等特点,利用电子电路对线缆进行检测。详细介绍了工作原理以及使用流程,为2M线缆的检测提供了可靠的检测手段。
The existing 2M cable detection technology has the problems of large volume of testing tools,easy to collide,two-person testing,time-consuming,long testing time and errorprone.At the same time,L9-Rj48 2M cable can not be detected.This paper designs a portable multi-function 2M cable detection tool.The tool is easy to use,small size and high detection efficiency.It uses electronic circuits to detect cables.The working principle and operation process are introduced in detail,which provides a reliable means for the detection of 2M cable.
