健脾益胃化瘀方治疗萎缩性胃炎伴低级别上皮内瘤变的临床研究

Clinical study on Jianpi Yiwei Huayu Decoction in treating atrophic gastritis with low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia

目的探讨健脾益胃化瘀方对萎缩性胃炎伴低级别上皮内瘤变的临床疗效。方法将入选的60例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,实验组服用健脾益胃化瘀方,对照组服用胃复春,2组均连续服用2个月,观察2组治疗前后临床症状、病理形态学的变化情况。结果实验组的临床症状缓解有效率为96. 4%,病理方面萎缩及低级别上皮内瘤变的治疗有效率为85. 7%,对照组则分别为79. 3%、62. 1%,2组差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论中药健脾益胃化瘀方治疗萎缩性胃炎伴低级别上皮内瘤变具有显著的临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jianpi Yiwei Huayu Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with low grade intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The experimental group was given Jianpi Yiwei Huayu Decoction,and the control group received Weifuchun tablets.The clinical symptoms and pathological morphology in two groups were observed after continuous medicine-taking for 2 months.Results The effective rate of clinical symptom relief,and curative rate of low grade intraepithelial neoplasia were 96.4%,85.7%,respectively,in the experimental group,and 79.3%,62.1%,respectively,in the control group,which showed significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Yiwei Huayu Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with low grade intraepithelial neoplasia has significant curative effect.
