金双歧联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良的疗效及对患者胃动力指标的影响

Efficacy of Golden Bifid combined with mosapride in treating functional dyspepsia and its influence on gastric dynamics indexes

目的探讨金双歧联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效及对患者胃动力指标的影响。方法将112例FD患者随机分为研究组和对照组各56例。研究组予以金双歧+莫沙必利治疗,对照组予以多潘立酮治疗。比较2组患者疗效,比较2组治疗前后胃排空率、血浆胃动素(MTL)水平、乙酰胆碱酯酶(Ach E)水平、胃电图指标[平均收缩波频率(MFC)、收缩波幅值(AC)],记录2组不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗4周后,2组患者胃排空率、血浆MTL及Ach E水平、空腹MFC及AC均较治疗前显著升高,且研究组显著高于对照组(P <0. 05);2组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论金双歧联合莫沙必利治疗FD疗效优于多潘立酮,其能有效升高血浆MTL、Ach E水平,促进胃收缩,提高胃排空率,且不增加不良反应。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Golden Bifid combined with mosapride in treating functional dyspepsia(FD)and its influence on gastric dynamics indexes.Methods Totally112FD patients were randomly divided into study group(n=56)and control group(n=56).The study group was treated with Golden Bifid and mosapride,and the control group was treated with domperidone.The efficacy of two groups was compared,and the gastric emptying rate,the levels of plasma motilin(MTL),acetylcholinesterase(AchE)and electrogastrogram indexes[mean frequency of contraction(MFC)and amplitude of contraction(AC)]were compared before and after treatment between two groups.The occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After4weeks of treatment,the gastric emptying rate,the levels of plasma MTL and AchE,fasting MFC and AC in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the levels of indexes mentioned above in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Golden Bifid combined with mosapride for FD shows better effects than domperidone,which can effectively increase plasma MTL and AchE concentrations,promote gastric contraction function and increase gastric emptying rate,and it will not increase adverse reactions.
