阿立哌唑与奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效比较

Aripiprazole versus olanzapine in treating patients with schizophrenia

目的比较阿立哌唑与奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法选取106例精神分裂症患者,随机分为2组各53例。阿立哌唑组口服阿立哌唑,奥氮平组口服奥氮平。比较2组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况以及复发、病残情况。结果治疗后,2组患者的阳性症状和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分较治疗前显著降低(P <0. 05)。阿立哌唑组治疗有效率为88. 68%,奥氮平组为86. 79%,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。阿立哌唑组不良反应发生率20. 75%,显著低于奥氮平组49. 06%(P <0. 05)。阿立哌唑组复发率为7. 84%,病残率为15. 69%,奥氮平组复发率为10. 00%,病残率为16. 00%,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论阿立哌唑与奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的效果相当,但阿立哌唑的不良反应发生率相对较低。

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole and olanzapine in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia.Methods Totally106patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups,with 53 cases in each group.Aripiprazole group was given aripiprazole orally,and olanzapine group was given olanzapine orally.The therapeutic effects,adverse reactions,recurrence and disability were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the PANSS score was significantly lower than that before treatment in both groups(P<0.05).The effective rate of aripiprazole group was88.68%,and the effective rate of olanzapine group was86.79%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in aripiprazole group was 20.75%,which was significantly lower than49.06%in olanzapine group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate and disability rate were 7.84%,15.69% in aripiprazole group and 10.00%,16.00% in olanzapine group,and there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole and olanzapine have the equal effect in the treatment of schizophrenia,but the incidence rate of adverse reactions caused by aripiprazole is relatively low.
