认知干预对三阶梯癌痛治疗患者生活质量的影响

Influence of cognitive intervention on quality of life in patients with three steps therapy for cancer pain

目的探讨认知干预对三阶梯癌痛治疗患者生活质量的影响。方法选取120例三阶梯癌痛治疗患者,随机分为试验组和对照组各60例。对照组给予常规癌痛管理,试验组在常规癌痛管理的基础上实施认知干预。比较2组癌痛控制效果及生活质量。结果试验组癌痛控制率93. 33%,显著高于对照组癌痛控制率86. 67%(P <0. 05)。试验组食欲、睡眠、疼痛控制方面显著优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论认知干预可减轻患者对止痛药物的担忧,促使患者接受规范的止痛治疗,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the influence of cognitive intervention on quality of life in patients with three steps therapy for cancer pain.Methods Totally120patients with three steps therapy for cancer pain were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with60cases in each group.The control group received conventional measures for pain control,while the experimental group was conducted with cognitive intervention on the basis of the control group.The effect of pain control and the quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The control rate of cancer pain in the experimental group was93.33%,which was significantly higher than86.67%in the control group(P<0.05).The effects of appetite,sleep and pain control in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive intervention can alleviate patients'anxiety on analgesics,promote patients to accept standard analgesic treatment,and improve patients'quality of life.
