摘要
电动车充电过程中易发生火灾,可能造成重大的人员伤亡和财产损失。充电发生火灾的主要原因是充电器电子元件过热。因此,控制和检测散热风扇是必要的。通过分析对比现有风扇控制技术,选择数字式风扇控制器TC652芯片控制风扇,TC652芯片输出的风扇故障信号和温度报警信号控制充电主回路中的继电器通电情况,确保电动车安全充电,最后搭建相关硬件电路验证其可行性。
Fire occurs easily in the process of electric vehicle charging and may cause significant casualties and property losses.The main cause is the overheating of the charger electronic components.Therefore,it is necessary to control and detect the cooling fan.Through analysis and comparison of existing fan control technology,digital fan controller TC652 chip is selected to control the fan.TC652 chip output the fan fault signal and the temperature alarm signal controls the power supply of the relay in the main loop,so as to ensure the safe charging of electric vehicles.Finally,relevant hardware circuit is built to verify its feasibility.
