陆水流域水文测站运行现状及对策分析

Analysis of the Operational Status and Countermeasures of Hydrometric Stations in the Lushui River Basin

随着我国社会与经济的快速发展,水文测验工作也有一些"双刃"影响。一是大量的水利工程兴建对水文测站甚至是水文站网带来的冲击;二是新的科学技术给水文测站的测验能力和效率带来的提升。作者对陆水流域水文站网受水利工程影响的现状进行阐述,并结合新仪器设备的发展和使用情况,对现状进行对策分析,提出解决办法。

The rapid social and economic development in China has brought double-edged effect to hydrometric stations.One is the impact of the construction of a large number of water conservancy projects on hydrometric stations and even on the station network;the other is that the new technology has brought improvement of the testing ability and efficiency of hydrometric stations.The current situation of the hydrometric station network in the Lushui River basin affected by water conservancy projects is expounded,and combined with the development and use of new instruments and equipment,the current situation is analyzed and solutions are proposed.
