我国高校辅导员队伍研究热点知识图谱分析

Analysis of the Graph of Hot Knowledge Researched by College Counselors in China

对发表在中国知网中987篇"核心+CSSCI期刊"论文通过BICOMB和SPSS20.0进行分析,并绘制出热点知识图谱。结果发现:我国高校辅导员队伍建设的方向是专业化、专门化、专家化;辅导员队伍领域的研究成果集中于个别高等师范院校或思想政治教育研究中心;我国辅导员队伍的研究主要围绕辅导员职业倦怠研究、辅导员队伍建设研究、辅导员职业能力研究、辅导员队伍结构研究、辅导员队伍培训研究五大主题领域展开。

987“core and CSSCI journal”papers published in CNKI were analyzed by BICOMB and SPSS20.0 and hot knowledge graph was drawn.The result shows that the construction of college counselors is in the direction of professionalization,specialization and expertization.The research results are concentrated in individual normal universities or research centers of ideological and political education.The research mainly focuses on such five subject areas as job burnout,team construction,professional ability,team structure,and team training.
