海洋石油平台穿甲板孔处管线腐蚀机理研究

摘要 受限于海洋石油平台布局紧凑的特点,平台部分管线需穿甲板布置。在海上恶劣自然环境下,金属管线存在不同程度的腐蚀,穿甲板孔处腐蚀更甚。本文以东海区域某海洋石油平台为例,拟建立管线局部腐蚀模型,研究穿甲板孔处管线腐蚀机理,为穿甲板孔处管线腐蚀防治提供一定的思路。 A part of the pipeline should go through the deck hole in that the layout of offshore oil platform is compact.Furthermore,some metal pipelines were erosion in exist different degrees by harsh natural environment on the sea,the pipeline through the deck hole were more serious.The article take an offshore oil platform in the East China Sea as an example to make a local erosion model and research the erosion mechanism on pipeline through the deck hole,the research making reasonable measures on the prevention and treatment of erosion.
