血清PZ水平及FG79A基因多态性与急性缺血性脑卒中的关系

The relationship between plasma PZ level,its FG79A gene polymorphism and acute ischemic stroke

目的探讨血清蛋白质Z(PZ)水平及FG79A基因多态性与急性缺血性脑卒中的关系。方法选取2015年1月至2017年12月在我院治疗的急性缺血性脑卒中患者157例(观察组),同时选取健康志愿者160例为对照组,检测两组血清PZ、FIB、PT和APTT水平,以及PZ内含子F中G79A基因多态性。结果观察组PZ为(1541.44±354.54)ng/ml,明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而FIB为(3.01±0.80)g/L,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);重型患者PZ为(1321.54±257.84)ng/ml,明显低于轻型和中型患者(P<0.05),而FIB为(328±0.40)g/L,明显高于轻型和中型患者(P<0.05);血清PZ与FIB呈负相关(r=-0.871,P<0.05);观察组GG型患者血清PZ水平为(1890.16±311.07)ng/ml,明显高于AG型和AA型(P<0.05)。结论血清PZ在急性缺血性脑卒中明显降低,与病情严重程度呈负相关,同时PZ基因G79A基因多态性与血清PZ水平有一定关系。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of plasma protein Z(PZ),the polymorphism of FG79A gene and the acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 157 acute ischemic stroke patients(observation group)from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected in our hospital,and 160 healthy volunteers were selected as control group,the plasma PZ,FIB,PT and APTT,and polymorphism of G79A in the intron F of PZ gene were detected.Results The PZ in the observation group was 1541.44±354.54ng/ml,which was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05),while FIB was 3.01±0.80 g/L,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The PZ of severe patients was 1321.54±257.84ng/ml,which was significantly lower than that of mild and moderate patients(P<0.05),while FIB was 3.28±0.40g/L,which was significantly higher than that of mild and moderate patients(P<0.05);There was a negative correlation between plasma PZ and FIB(r=-0.871,P<0.05);The level of plasma PZ in patients with type GG in the observation group was 1890.16±311.07ng/ml,which was significantly higher than that of type AG and AA(P<0.05).Conclusion The plasma PZ significantly reduce in acute ischemic stroke,is a negative correlation with the degree of illness,the G79A polymorphism of PZ gene is related to the level of plasma PZ.
