颈痛颗粒联合中药热熨治疗气滞血瘀型神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察

The effect of Jingtong granules combined with Chinese herbal hot-compress on stagnation of qi and blood stasis cervical spondylosis

目的探讨中成药颈痛颗粒与中药热熨联合使用治疗气滞血瘀型神经根型颈椎痛(CRS)的临床效果。方法将入选的246例气滞血瘀型CRS患者均分为2组,2组均坚持进行颈椎康复操锻炼,对照组在此基础上进行中药热熨治疗;试验组则进行中药热熨与颈痛颗粒联合治疗。结果经治疗,试验组痊愈率为36.6%,总有效率高达97.6%,均显著高于对照组(21.1%,91.1%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组临床症状体征积分及视觉模拟评分(VAS)均明显下降,颈椎前屈、后伸、左旋、右旋、左屈、右屈6个方位活动度明显增大(P<0.05),且2组间比较,试验组症状体征积分及VAS评分下降更明显,颈椎6个方位活动度数增大更明显(P<0.05)。结论颈痛颗粒与中药热熨联合治疗气滞血瘀型CRS有确切临床效果,可有效缓解颈背部疼痛、麻木,改善上肢功能及颈项活动受限情况,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jingtong granules combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot-compress in the treatment of stagnation of qi and blood stasis type cervical spondylosis(CRS).Methods Two-hundred and forty-six patients with stagnation of qi and blood stasis type CRS were selected and divided into two groups.The patients in two groups kept on performing exercises for cervical rehabilitation.The control group was treated with Chinese medicine hotcompress therapy on the basis of exercise of the cervical spine;and the experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine hot-compress therapy combined with Jingtong granules on the basis of exercise of the cervical spine.Results After treatment,the curative rate in the experimental group was 36.6%,and the total effective rate was as high as 97.6%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(21.1%,91.1%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptoms,signs scores and VAS scores of the two groups decreased significantly,and the azimuth activity of cervical flexion,extension,left rotation,right rotation,left-flexion and right-flexion significantly increased(P<0.05).In comparison between the two groups,the scores of symptoms and physical signs and VAS scores in the experimental group decreased more significantly,and the azimuth activity of cervical flexion,extension,left rotation,right rotation,left-flexion and right-flexion azimuthal movements increased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Jingtong granules and Chinese herbal hot-compress has a definite clinical effect on stagnation of qi and blood stasis type CRS,which can effectively relieve pain and numbness of neck and back,improve upper limb function and limited neck activity,and improve the quality of life of patients.
