基于北斗系统的电力通讯终端设计与实现 被引量:4

摘要 当前基于Android设计出的电力通讯终端,电力数据信息丢包问题较为严重,数据的转发和通讯数据的监测效果无法达到理想标准。提出一种基于北斗系统的电力通讯终端设计方法,利用北斗基带信息的解析单元,电力数据在线转发单元,和电力通讯终端的远程监测单元等构成通讯终端硬件部分;终端的软件部分由电力数据传送端和电力数据接收端的处理模块组成;在数据在线转发单元中,主控板会对报文的长度是否超过北斗卡最大传输电文长度进行解析,再进行数据的转发,以增强数据的转发效果;依据视频监测形式对电力通讯数据进行监测,提升监测精度;为缓解电力数据的丢包现象,基于TCP/IP协议,在传输一个数据包时,同时将一个定时打开,假设在设定计时的过程中,没有接收到应发送的数据包,那么自动将这个数据包丢弃,同时请求重新发包。通过实验证明,基于北斗系统的电力通讯终端系统在电力通讯数据的丢包控制、数据转发及电力通讯数据的监测精度和实效性方面足够满足电力系统日常需求。 Currently,the power communication terminal designed based on Android has a serious problem of packet loss of power data information,and the effect of data forwarding and communication data monitoring is not satisfactory.A Beidou system-based power communication terminal design method is proposed.The hardware part of the communication terminal consists of the Beidou baseband information analysis unit,the on-line power transmission unit and the remote monitoring unit.The software part of the terminal is composed of power data transmission peer and power data receiving peer of the processing module.In the online data forwarding unit,the main control board checks if the message length is greater than the maximum supported length of Beidou card,and then forward the data to enhance the forwarding effect of the data.Video surveillance is also used in accordance to monitor the power communication data,improving the monitoring accuracy.To ease the problem of packet loss of power data,based on the TCP/IP protocol,the system opens a timer when transmitting a data packet.If the packet is not received within a time period,the packet is automatically discard and a resend request is sent.The experimental results prove that the proposed method meets the standard usage requirement in comparison to the current method in packet loss control of power communication data,data forwarding and monitoring effect of power communication data.
